Once accepted, you'll be contacted by your personal CCN ministry consultant—a CCN staff member who'll be working exclusively with your church to make sure your conference event

is a success. He or she will be available every step of the way.

We'll ask for a non-refundable deposit that guarantees your intent to host this event and send you the contract that spells out the responsibilities for you and for us. In exchange for your deposit, you will receive your first 50 individual tickets. As soon as you sell these tickets, you will recoup all your deposit.

PREPARE…

If your church does not have the required satellite equipment, don't worry—your ministry consultant will help you purchase and install the necessary equipment through the CCN network. You'll also have the opportunity to join in on monthly conference calls with key speakers and utilize a helpful conference countdown list provided by CCN.
