Admit it. You've made a mistake in
your ministry. It might be a small one. It might be a
whopper.
How do you handle and learn from your mistakes?
Can you gain perspective from your mistakes ? and make the
most of those negative experiences?
Join host George Barna, Gordon MacDonald, Matt Hannan, and
Doug Murren as CCN helps you learn from Ministry
Mistakes with this live, interactive satellite broadcast
on Tuesday, October 7.
?Recently I did an article on the subject
for Leadership
Journal, and during the process of writing, I listed
about 20 or more rebukes I have received over the years,? Gordon
MacDonald says. ?These rebukes have gone a long way toward
shaping my life, my service to the Lord, and my view
of relationships.?
Since you can't avoid mistakes, it's best that you're able
to learn from them.
?The pathway to discovery necessitates the
process of finding who we are not,? Doug Murren adds. ?Mistakes
are part of the process to effectiveness.?
Make no mistake, your entire ministry team will benefit from
learning how to handle Ministry Mistakes.
