Follow the instructions below to verify that your system is ready, so you won't miss a single broadcast.

Step One

Turn on your Dish Network Receiver and viewing system

Step Two

If your Dish Network remote control has gray or black buttons or a "HOME" button:

• Press the "HOME" Button (TV Home Screen will appear)
• Highlight "Purchases" (on bottom left corner of screen) and press "GO" on the remote control.
• Is "CCN" listed on the purchased programs screen? Yes__________ No_________ (if no, then call Toll Free )

If your Dish Network Remote control has blue buttons or a "MENU" button:

• Press the "MENU" Button (Main Menu will appear)
• Press the "6" button (System Setup Menu Appears)
• Press the "5" button (Past and Pending Purchases screen appears)
• Is "CCN" listed on the purchased programs screen? Yes__________ No_________ (if no, then call Toll Free )

Step Three

Channels

• Press the "GUIDE" or "LISTINGS" Button (Channel Guide will appear)
• Press "9621" (Guide should jump to channel 9621)
• Use the up and down arrows to make sure you have channels 9621-9622 (These channels may or may not be viewable at any given time, but they should always be listed on the program guide)
• If channels 9621-9622 do not appear then call Toll Free
• If the channels do appear on your channel guide and "CCN" is listed on the Purchases screen, then your system is ready for the next broadcast.
