Max Lucado has a gift. A gift for communicating what our minds believe … but what our hearts have difficulty grasping. This well-loved author and pastor once again is touching minds and hearts with his newest book, Next Door Savior.
Even if you don’t attend the church in San Antonio where Max is the pastor, you can still hear him speak — at your own church! Coming Soon
CCN hosts an evening with Max Lucado and special musical guest Third Day on Sunday, October 5. This live, interactive event will focus on the everyday qualities of Jesus, our Next Door Savior.
During this special CCN live broadcast, Max will examine Jesus’ life from birth through resurrection to help us grasp not only Jesus’ great strength, but also His intimate accessibility.
"Jesus. Holy or human?" Max writes. "According to the Bible he was — and is — both. Fully God and fully man. Our next door Savior.
"The universe’s Commander in Chief knows your name. He has walked your streets. Endowed with sleepless attention and endless devotion, he listens. The fact that we can’t imagine how he hears a million requests as if they were only one doesn’t mean he can’t or doesn’t. For he can and does.
"There is no person he won’t touch. No place he won’t go to find you. For even though he is in heaven, he never left the neighborhood."
And you won’t have to leave your neighborhood to hear Max, along with multiple Dove award winners Third Day on Sunday, October 5 on this live CCN broadcast!
